When you take out a loan
When you take out a loan, you would expect correct facts to be reported to credit reference agencies. For example, if you take out a loan of £2000, you would expect that on your credit report, not £6195.00, a purely unfactual figure that may not happen.
When you have paid off £800.00, ask for an early settlement, and if it's over the original amount borrowed, there are serious issues that need to be addressed; it's very concerning to add upload interest onto your credit file, a unfactual figure that may not happen, Loans 2 Go you have a duty to treat people fairly and responsibly and report facts, not ifs and buts. If I take it to the full term, it will be this, and if I don't take it to the full term, it will be what,
You can not upload or add interest to someone's credit file. I don't deposit £2000 in a high street bank and expect them to show incorrect figures on my bank statement; they do not upload the interest Loans 2 go. You have an opportunity to correct this. I am absolutely furious; customers are not just another number on your spreadsheets and expect fairness
