Chain looks outstanding; just the chain link joiner needs a bit of attention

I recently purchased a chain from Lobos and had a great experience overall. The product looks exactly like the photos and the quality feels really solid. The chain has a great shine and feels comfortable to wear. The ordering process was smooth and the delivery was quick, which made the whole experience easy and hassle-free. Definitely happy with the purchase.

Rewriting my review for Lobos, the jewelry is very poor quality my bracelet broke after one 1 day when taking of my jacket when I then asked about the “life-long warranty” they said it doesn’t apply, that’s that for the warranty zero warranty thus whatsoever, now I just took my other necklace out of the box after buying it some time ago and it misses a few stones. I am not expecting a warranty for this either. Absolute waste of money never buying from this store again. Their customer service only thinks about the interest of the company not the clients. Had to rewrite this because its just how it is. Never buying from this store again. Be careful with their nice words and promises they aren’t true if it breaks after even one time wearing and they don’t help you, they make it your own problem. Do better Lobos.

I love the customer service. Hands down the best ones I’ve had in a long time. Very helpful with changing the shipping address and resolved the issues with the sizing problem as well. The bracelet was very good too. It’s sparkly and overall worth the price. I would definitely shop here again in the future.

DO NOT under any circumstances buy from this seller, jewellery is made cheaper quality than costume jewellery! Bracelet broke after only 2 wears and is made of plastic not metal.

Everything was perfect

Everything is good, the customer service and their products. The ONLY reason I've giving four stars and not five stars is becuase I'm not sure how long the product will last. If it does last a good while I will most likely come back here and change the review but for now four stars is essentially five stars. Well done will most likely buy from here again!

Very poor customer service and zero accountability.
I would not buy from this company again.

As soon as you try to return an item, problems start — something many other reviewers have also described. I returned a bracelet within the return period, but the company disputed the return due to a delivery delay caused by the carrier.

In written email correspondence, the company stated that they would not issue a refund as the return period was over. I have retained this communication. Despite confirmation from the delivery service that the item was handed in on time, the company has refused to process my refund.

As a result, I am currently without the bracelet and without a refund for an order of €330.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying here. There are many other jewelers who offer significantly better customer service and take responsibility when issues arise.
