record was left with a stain on, although it didn’t impact the sound it was a let down that this record doesn’t look very nice anymore. I have been refused any reparation such as store credit or a replacement. I’m aware that this is probably very unlike Lobster Records but the lack of reparation has let me down.

Hi Matthew, Just checking through your orders and it seemed RVE002 shipped on the 25th, 7 days after release which is pretty timely seeing as these records were sent from NL. This was order #12406 and had no bundle in it.
The bundle was order #12059 and delivered via DPD 'Tracking no. 1903825720000008C7AB7'. I believe that one turned up a little late and we do apologise for slipping up there. Feel free to send us a mail if your ordering again and we'll do something to fix up for the slow exchange on the bundle.
Came quickly and in perfect condition.
