LOBSTR has full of scam token. I transferred over 19000 XLM tokens it was approximate $2000 in value. then I added the asset VELO (velo.network). So I can swap XLM to VELO. After swapping 19000 XLM to VELO, I had total approximate over 1 million tokens. And, I checked the amount on that day. I had over $2000k. I wished I could make the screen shot. But I did not. Next day, I checked it again, the amount of VELO I have over 1millions tokens which is only worth $167. And I checked the market cap for VELO by the time I saw my balance as $167 .The VELO was worth .0051 for 1 token. To do simple math if I multiply over 1million VELO tokens x .0051 I would have over $2000k but it showed only $167. I panicked I tried to withdraw 15 VELO to my wallet account but the transaction failed. Now my account has over 1millions VELO but I cant withdraw because it has worm alert on the VELO. After the incident, I made all the screen shot all the transactions. I am document everything. It only happening in 2 days my account balance from over $2000k to $167. And funny is I cant withdraw VELO out of LOBSTR. I am writing this on 02/28/2024 and it happened within 2 days ago.

I experience a bug and asked to create a ticket but no active resolve, but fil true website\name in title,they were triggered and refund my 30k$

If you want to get robbed. This is definitely the wallet that will provide that opportunity for you.

There is a HORRIBLE flaw in this app. When you try to trade between AFR/VELO token and others like SHX. It is quoting like One AFR is worth .0000002 of a Velo token on limit orders. I have sent lobstr video proof of this and am getting excuses not even relevant to the problem. Shame on this exchange for not wanting to own up to their app having major bugs. They say to file a ticket and do NOTHING. With everything going on with crypto, my money was definitely not safe here. 👎

6 months ago was unable to access Lobstr .. same p/word . after asking ..for advice . none came though an the odd time it came was the same electronic nightmare I got before hand . now they wont even answer me . 10 grand lost .. stay clear people

XRP is now at .64 and on my LOBSTR account it’s showing my XRP at .16 each

scammy shid?? i dont know, but i cant try, because i cant use it without xlm... i try to send, but.. my exchange need an ID for XLM transactions and LOBSTR is not given any IDs for transaction!!!!

Lobstr is scam, they withdraw from my wallet $7500 worth of XLM. I have written the customer service, till now no respond.

wrong IP - no way to install. Nerver had such troubles. I think this software is made by lowest level beginners!

I read a bunch of bad reviews and don't really know why they are so negative. I have been using lobstr for close to 2 years and the transactions just seem to be getting quicker and simpler. I plan to continue using this wallet because of my personal experience with it.

I cannot cash out or transfer coins to another wallet! You are stuck with XLM crypto only. Some coins won't convert to XLM either. It is not a good wallet at all.

Tried to get cash out, Sent xlm to address mentioned. Xlm sent, no money sent to account. Customer service silent, so far its been 3 weeks. Nothing from Customer service but gibberish. Avoid this company at all costs. I have had no problem with getting cash out from, ettoro, kraken, or blockchain. This company is a rip off.

After lack of responsiveness for days from support staff, they would not provide a refund for a subscription that I purchased and immediately requested a refund for as I saw it would not work for my needs. I've never interacted with such a scammy software company that does not refund for an immediate cancellation request on a subscription that was never used.

Their weird usage policy of daily usage amounts makes this not work for most scraping use cases that have variable scraping demands.

Despite all the bad reviews, I have had nothing but success with the Lobstr wallet. Sure, there are some scam tokens, which is why you have to research before you buy. But overall, I've had excellent results. Easy to transfer money in & out, & also super easy & fast to transfer crypto to my Ledger.

Terrible. Tried to withdraw XLM on a Thursday. Was told by customer service takes 24 hours. Friday nothing, Saturday nothing. Monday nothing. Escalated a "ticket" - noone has got back to me about having received the XLM or when I can expect the money in my account... finally Monday evening the XLM was returned to my wallet so I am back in the start position! Cannot seem to withdraw to bank account and three customer service staff lied or unhelpful and just say expect an email in 3 - 5 working days from the "ticket". This is rubbish. Their fees are also far too high. Trying to withdraw everything away from them to use a better service.

IF you believe the low ratings on Trust Pilot for Stellar.. then you probably believe that BBB ratings are all true reflections of every business too.. and the Easter Bunny, Tooth Fairy, Santa Clause.. and Sasquatch!
The whitehats have spent billions creating the QFS and Stellar which it all runs on is near bulletproof!

Do not recommend, locked out after getting new oh, I was wrong for not having my key saved , all I needed was a reset of my authenticator and but they did everything not to help me , said sorry use your key , answered all questions , sent what I had last in account, Was willing to live chat , send id again with news paper or whatever, And on top they allow any trash tokens and promote them through their people like whipppppp

transaction pending 6 days. No customer service. they talk and do NOTHING. Let you wait for over an hour. Linked wallet pending verification 6 days. No answer from customer support. This is extremely untrustworthy. AVOID
