Contrary to negative reviews

I actually experienced very good customer service with regard to a ring I purchased. A prong broke and I nearly lost the stone (I had already alerted them that the prongs seemed too pliable) so I sent a photo and, even though it was past the return window, they gave me store credit once I dropped the off at FedEx (free return shipping) The credit showed up in my email almost immediately. I ordered another ring. Beautiful but it runs small in size so I need to return IT but, again, at no charge to me and I'll be issued store credit.
Customer service in my experience is excellent.

This company is a scam lol

Pretty sure they dropship their products and charge customers luxury prices because they're good at marketing. This is a scam. I ordered an $83 ring with a sterling silver base that was supposed to be coated in gold and wow LOOOL um. The Claudia Statement Ring in blue, to be specific. This ring weighed the same as the plastic egg jewelry you'd sometimes find inside the plastic easter eggs or at Chuck-e-Cheese when you'd go to cash in your tickets. Even their packaging is a joke. Their products are not reflective of they way they market them online. I highly suggest they consider opening up an online digital agency and sell their product marketing services instead.

Fingers green

The rings are beautiful but for the price the quality is terrible, my fingers are green and itchy. It really sucks because I had wanted them for over a year and finally got them and it’s uncomfortable and unsightly to wear them

I have ordered 700$ + of jewellery to UK. They claim 'free shipping and customs no hidden fees'. I have now a debt collector chasing me for over £200 worth of custom charges they haven't settled.

Shady and Manipulative; Don't bother.

I'm not at all surprised to see that their 1 star section is 85% of the total reviews. I'm honestly more than disappointed--I'm a bit disgusted with how Local Eclectic has chosen to manage their business. I purchased a ring. When I received it, it looked nothing like the photo. I emailed them and asked if it was possible to send me a different one. They did as a new order. Still looked nothing like the photo. I emailed them back and said thank you for the new order, but I'd like my money back. They refused, and told me they can't offer a refund because they don't do refunds on exchanges, which I was never told before making the decision to have them send a new one. Then they said that my return was past the ten day policy. It wasn't--I was within the time period for a return for the new order, and even more so, I ordered during their special holiday return policy which they didn't honor. In their refusal email, they said that they did me a favor by sending me another piece, and that per their policy on the website, they wouldn't give a refund. I looked everywhere on their website. I asked them to show me where. They sent me the link to a page of their site that has nothing to do with our situation. NO where did it say that once an item was exchanged, you couldn't do a refund. Not once. I scoured every informational page on the website for over an hour. This feels so icky and shady, and I feel manipulated into making the choice I did. Had I had all the information, I wouldn't have chosen an exchange--I would have chosen a refund. Don't bother ordering--the products don't look like the pictures, they fall apart easily, and this company does not care about its customers or service.

Stay away horrible practices

BEWARE of what you purchase from this site…

I ordered a chain with a knot pendant.It looked perfect in picture. What arrived was the tiniest chain I have ever seen with a knot in the chain. Litterally the tied a knot in the chain. Te picture hd to have been magnified 20 times larger than what I received. I will be returning immediately.

No jewelry. No tracking. No assistance.

Ordered two rings totaling 500$+ weeks ago. Still have not arrived. No tracking number attached to the tracking number they sent me. Customer service will not look into it as it’s outside of their shipping window. I’ve reached out to them twice now with the same copy and paste auto response about waiting longer before they will look into it. Save your energy friends. I wish I had seen these other reviews on how poorly made the jewelry is before I ordered :(

The jewelry is beautiful but it’s definitely overpriced for the quality. I bought 2 pair of earrings and the stones fell out of each earring and I bought a ring and 2 stones fell out of that all within 2 months. I contacted customer service to see if they could at least repair the items if I mailed them back and all they offered was 20% off of my next purchase but I’m not going to buy anything else from there just for it to fall apart.

Research. Please.

I have had two solid gold rings on separate occasions from them. With the first, a little diamond fell out and after contacting them, they agreed to give me store credit for it ($500+). With that credit, I purchased a different model and the same thing happened. I tried contacting them through the live chat about it, but after an hour waiting I never got a response. Now I will try to email them I guess. This was supposed to be my engagement ring, and I just wish I had done more research and purchased elsewhere.

Chintzy and overpriced

Poor quality jewellery; not cheap!

I received a bracelet, and within 1 day of wearing 5 stones/gems have fallen out :( - no refund available as >14 days after purchase - will only offer store credit.

Very disappointed 😞

I received a gold ring with pearls two days ago. One of the pearls has already fallen off of the ring! This ring was $185, so it is ridiculous that it is so cheaply made.

Save your money, I cannot figure out how to leave a review on their site.

Bad Service, Products are cheaply made

Ordered a necklace and bracelet for my girlfriend on 12/18 for Christmas, with Priority (2-3 day shipping) to ensure it makes it in time. Arrived January 9th and the necklace's pendant was broken (stone fell out). I asked for options on what they could do to help and they simply offered store credit for the necklace and would not pay for shipping of another item to me.

Customer service did not answer a single e-mail from my follow ups regarding the late shipments and refused to offer options to solve the problem or simply cover shipping on a replacement, which is beyond standard practice.

Horrible service, bad quality product.

Bad customer service but beautiful products.

They do not respond to emails at all, BUT they do respond to Instagram messages. I ended up ordering a ring and it came THE NEXT DAY which is really impressive. I am so happy with the ring I ordered and the lightning fast processing/shipping that it *almost* makes up for the brutal customer service.

They're ignoring an order that's 3 weeks late

My order was processed Dec 4, but here we are on Dec 30, no Christmas gift ever arrived. The customer service team never responded, not even once, to three emails asking for a refund. Hard to believe this is an American company with that kind of customer service.
