It would appear that the specialist was not aware of my specific concerns, albeit that information was given in stage 1 of the process. Not having specific information would require him to do specific searches which would require more time .

Fantastic response time and Rachel is a star.
The response to my email was super quick, Rachel was absolutely superb, could not ask for better. Made an appointment then and there for a face to face with an adviser, and, followed that with emails directly after our call. Absolutely amazing. Would highly recommend this service so far as there are others out there not too interested but tell you how much they charge.

Pension review
Initially there was a little miss communication between either of us.
As soon as I mentioned I was dealing with a Police pension it was a case of they could not help me.
This is not the first time I had heard this from previous financial advisors.
I had to explain that I was seeking advice regarding to commutation of my pension which I get in less than a months time and what I could do with it to enhance my financial long term security of my commutation.
