LOCAL LEVEL 2 ELECTRICIAN
To begin with the website stated that there is a zero dollar call out fee and a free quote. First I was told that the job would cost $3000 for a replacement of the wiring and installation. I told the representative I could not afford that and he then said that he could repair the fault for two thousand dollars. I don't know why but he said I have to pay a deposit before the job even starts and he requested $800 dollars which I paid by my debit card Then after learning that my brother inlaw could actually do the job for cheaper I quickly told the represents that I would cancel the job since it hasn't started yet and if I could have my deposit back. He told me that I could cancel but I could not get my deposit back. This was clearly highway robbery at its extreme. Especially since nothing had happened yet and it was only five minutes after swiping my debit card that I asked to put a stop on the job.
It was clear they wanted to keep my $800 any way they could. I finally convinced him to return my money but they said that they would only return $650 dollars. When I spoke to the lady at the office she promised me that $650 dollars had gone into my account on that same afternoon. She said that they were deducting $150 dollars for the time that the representative came out even though it was supposed to be a free quote and no zero dollar fee. Inorder to keep the peace I agreed to lose 150 dollars for no reason whatsoever and after three days of waiting for the money to go into my account I called them up again then they gave me another story why they only were going to pay me six hundred dollars instead of 650 and that was because it was a $50 cancellation fee. This was another fee all of a sudden that had just come up out of nowhere then I said why hasn't the money gone in to my account already as you promised. I asked why you only putting the money now? I was told that the girl that does the payments had gone on leave and this was clearly an outright lie... There is only the female that I was talking to and the gentleman that came to my house and an electrician that does the jobs but they tried to make out other people were in the company... there was always another story and another excuse... it was an insult to my intelligence. I would not recommend anybody use this company for any kind of electrical work since they are an outright liar and a thief and I would not recommend them to anyone.
