Gårdens Mathantverk grundades av vännerna Oskar och Alexander. Vi är två småbarnspappor som brinner för riktig mat. Mat som är bättre för klimatet, djuren och för dig och din familj. Vi tycker att matindustrin utvecklas åt fel håll. Kravet på pressade priser och lång hållbarhet i butik leder till storskalig produktion av livsmedel som innehåller allt fler tillsatser och allt mindre näring. Samtidigt sker det på bekostnad av mindre producenter och skapar ett system som kräver mycket bekämpningsmedel och ofta innebär tveksamma villkor för djuren. Att vända denna utveckling kommer inte bli enkelt och vi klarar det inte ensamma. Därför hoppas vi att du vill följa med oss på resan!
