Don't even think about it
From the starting of rent agreement, the agent will contact you for rent. After the payment has been made, nobody cares about what goes wrong. If something is faulty, tenant is liable. The agency would turn a deaf ear. Rats, cockroaches, black moss and what not. Lastly, my rent agreement was terminated in 2 months and was asked to vacate without reason. I have not received the security deposit yet. They're a bunch of thieves. I'm still struggling to get my security back.

Professional and got the job done…
They provided a high quality service and have genuine care and concern for their customers be it landlord or tenant and they are not just in this field to make a quick sale. From the viewing to vetting process and eventually to completing a tenancy agreement, the handling by Locationsinlondons staff was consistently a pleasant journey. They were also very supportive and fair on occasions where they did not need to have any involvement. A special thanks to Pratheba, who was such a great help!

Made my landlord issues disappear
I own multiple properties and collecting rent from tenants and responding was always something i found tedious. My tenants were always not submitting their rent on time and constantly calling me about problems at all hours of the day that didn't have to be fixed by me.So, I asked around to find a good property management team. That is when I found out about Locations in London. I know have the peace of mind that everything is being dealt with to a high standard and i dont need to stress or worry. Rent is paid on time, and issues resolved. I would highly recommend you use this service. The staff is quite supportive, highly professional and very efficient
