Check in and out done promptly. No problems. Both people I dealt with spoke English well, which was a help for me as my Italian is weak.
The location at the airport was not the best for me, as I was already in town and would not be using the airport.

it was probably the worst experience as a tourist renting cars I have had. I've used all the big companies; Enterprise, SIXT, etc. The desk executive was obnoxious to me, as she would not offer me any alternative to the situation. Locauto would not rent me a car for the card didnt have any printed name on it, even though I offered to send the statement, and other oficial documents.
Im a tourist from Mexico, all the way in Italy, with a planned schedule and this situation caused a great deal of stress.

Receiving the car process was very good but I did not got the car I reserved (geep) instead I got a Ford., which was in a way difficult to operate , but I managed eventually
