Poor Customer Experience
The overall experience was extremely disappointing. We discovered the rental car had been hit while parked at a supermarket, and when we returned it, the staff performed nothing more than a superficial glance at the damage before immediately charging 470 EUR. There was no proper assessment, no explanation of how they arrived at that amount, and absolutely no empathy. Their attitude was indifferent, unhelpful, and entirely devoid of any customer‑oriented approach.

Shameless and completely unprofessional staff. She asked for my phone number and invited me to go to a hotel in front of my family. Her behaviour was disrespectful, inappropriate, and unacceptable. I was shocked by such conduct from someone working in customer service.

Unacceptable Check-In Time

Return of the Car: hard to finde return location (bad signed).
Return Process: unexpected easy - The check in to get the vehicle was thousend times harder!!!

Great customer experience
Vehicle check out and check in was very straightforward and quick. Staff were friendly, everything was explained clearly and the vehicle (which differed from the model booked) was provided in good condition. Would recommend.
