When returning the car a discussion was started about the car not being refuelled. I was surprised as I filled up the tank just before the airport. According to the staff member The fuel indicator showed otherwise. I checked and found d no other display then when the was received. I travel for business so I do not have any benefits from this neither was I in a hurry. When I will be charged true Visa I will report fraud and make an official complaint

There was a problem with the car I rented. It cost me a half a day of hassle, my family was stuck in the heat, 35 degrees for 4 house, and yet still you charge me over €50 in service charge to fill on for €14 of fuel. You should be ashamed.

The person at the front desk was very helpful. Pick up and drop off of the car was super simple. Next time I will come to Italy I will rent from them again.

I originally booked a different car. However, you changed the vehicle class without informing me.

When I asked what had happened to the car I had booked, I was simply told that this car was also good.

After my rental ended, I realized that I had left my glasses in the vehicle. I tried to contact you by phone, through the chat, and via the concierge service. The process was so complicated that it took an entire week, and of course you are now telling me that nothing was found.

You also did not contact me after my item was found, which is yet another example of negligence and poor customer service.

Instead, this is now the third time you have emailed me asking me to leave a review, saying that my feedback is very important to you.

The transaction was very smooth, the receptionist was accommodating during our pick up. Our rented car was upgraded without extra charged as well.the returned was also as easy as the pickup. Recommended

We received a car in good working order, which was a plus. Unfortunately, we couldn't keep the rear parcel shelf in the car for the duration of the rental, as leaving it there would have made it impossible to fit all our luggage.
