I've rented lots of cars over time, generally all high quality, but my latest Locauto had the best check in experience ever! All the right details were shared, car was spotless and whole process was quick and easy. The hand back was also simple at the airport.

In my 25 years careers the first company ever that charged me a day extra without informing me, an this for being late only 1.2hrs.

I specifically asked this to the operator in Naples airport when I returned the car, explaining the reason for being late as I was stuck on the motorway traffic (salerno reggio calabria) for almost 5 hours. Another worst thing is that they were aware of the heavy traffic for that day in southern Italy.

They were accommodating in both vehicles that we had to rent! The first was a 7 passenger which was PERFECT for our family to drive around southern Italy. When we were done and needed a 9 passenger (room for luggage) to get back to Rome they went out of their way to get us a vehicle at the rental in Cosenza rather than have to drive all the way to Lamezia to pick it up. I look forward to using them again!

The employees were really nice and courteous. We had a problem with our credit card and they waited for us. They even took us from the train station and brought us there. The car was new and very uncomplicated. We recommend Locauto and would rent their cars again!
