The car was ready and the checkin easy. I was shown how to work the vehicle. The real plus they spoke English !

The Foligno office is always excellent
The Foligno office is always excellent, maintaining very high level of professionalism.
The drop off in Rome Fiumicino was fast and smooth.
The car was nice but it was impossible to charge the phone because the port was not functioning (I tried 2 cables). This is not ok.

Was charged 100 euros for labor fee for…
Was charged 100 euros for labor fee for person who checked me in in addition to a small gas fill of 40 euros which I saw on my tablet and signed for it. But at no time did I see or sign for a 100 euros fee for the person to do that! Gas fill and no knowledge of it coming no vision of it when I signed!
