Rent a car
The lady who assisted us was very pleasant. The car had been booked in advance, and we handled the paperwork very quickly. She kindly directed us to where we could pick up the vehicle. The car was very comfortable; we rented it for four people. I highly recommend it. Driving the car was also a smooth experience.Returning the car also went smoothly.

Locauto car rental
With mixed reviews prior to booking I was apprehensive. However it was amazing service, easy pick up in Genoa airport, very good fuel economy ( jeep avenger) and superb drop off and speed in Milan malpensa airport. No issues, no hard upselling. Really great service. Will 100% use again.

Fair and human customer service
Rented 4 days at Genoa Airport. Had a small misunderstanding about the return time, but the customer service was excellent — the agent checked the camera records, listened, and resolved everything fairly. Great, human customer care. Would rent again.
