I had booked a Golf with auto…
I had booked a Golf with auto transmission. Turned up and they had a Fiat with manual transmission. Only auto was an Audi at an extra cost. They handed it over and was not cleaned on the outside. Mag wheels were filthy.

There are friendly and courteous staff. Miss Ketty is a good person. He made my rental transactions very quick and easy. Also the cars are very clean and new. When I need a car again, I don't have to look elsewhere.

Nice and gentle contact, Easy to get and leave the car! A little bit disappointed though we were 20 minutes late because of the train and the stuff couldn’t stay,we didn’t get a taxi so we had to go to a hotel!

Uncomplicated car rentalq
It was very uncomplicated to rent a car, we came without a reservation and were immediately given a car by a very nice lady.
