The one located in Imperia is probably the best rental company I have ever used.

always a welcoming atmosphere when entering the shop. They have a very nice selection of cars at a most reasonable price for what ever you might need to hire a car for. Cars are very well maintained and clean.
great service and always happy to go that extra mile to make sure you have what you asked for from this little business in Imperia Italy.

People at Locauto Imperia are not only very efficient and relyable, but also friendly and helpful and treat their customers not as numbers but as humans. The car was clean and well looked after and the checkout and final document I received via email were clear and correct. I felt treated very well.

The Locauto location in Imperia was…
The Locauto location in Imperia was EXCELLENT. Friendly, professional, proficient…checkin/pickup process was smooth and quick. Car was clean with no visible damage…one quick note…they did not perform a pre-check with me on the vehicle. After pulling away from the lot…I realized that…stopped and did a self-check; finding no damage. Drop-off occurred in Firenze and was as smooth/quick as pickup. I’d definitely recommend Locauto for those looking for another option over the bigger/US providers…. Grazie Locauto!!
PS…Buy the extra insurance coverage for piece of mind…while in the end I didn’t need it, they will look closely at rims/tires at check-out and it’s easy to gouge a rim on a curb when parking on these narrow European streets… Safe travels folks!
