The service by Roberto was excellent, when we returned the car and couldn't get a taxi he drove us to the train station, BRAVO. The car was clean and well looked after, we covered a lot of km and had no problems. We can recommend this company wholeheartedly.

I was charged for marks on the roof of the car. On collecting the car I was told there was a storm the night before as a reason for the car being dirty. Not sure how I could have made marks on the roof of the car. I was offered that I take the car to be cleaned at your expense. Which I declined because I was in a rush. Euro 1770 is excessive for the damage that I did not make

Cool and relaxed guys - great car
Cool and relaxed guys. Super supportive. Rented on the spot with full comprehensive insurance at a reasonable price. Insurance cover was easy to understand with pictured cover. Our car was almost brand new with only 1.700 km.

Very easy to check out car and back in. Car was very clean, and the location is good. We pre-paid, so there really wasn‘t much else to do apart from show confirmation and present documents

Positive experience with Locauto
We had very good service when we picked up (Lecce) and left the vehicle (Florence airport). The car was virtually brand new, everything went well, and we didn't get any unplesant surprises. Our experience with Locauto was all positive.
