We have rented a car for two days. Picked it up at the city location and dropped it off at Linate. The car was clean, the service was great. No problems. Unlimited kilometres, all insurances was covered. Locauto Group is the fear of sixt, avis, europcar, etc. We strongly recommend Locauto when you are looking for best cars, best prices and a perfect service. Thank you very much.

Easy pickup and easy return in a different location with a reasonable prices.

They called us a taxi when we were finished. We rented from Milan and dropped off in Ancona. They changed the language to English for us and connected Bluetooth phone before we started our trip.

I ordered and payed for a car with automatic gear but they only had one with a manual gear and I had to get a car so there was no choice

The vehicle we received was damaged beyond what would be considered normal wear and tear. There is as a significant dent that was on both the front and rear door, a missing hub cap that was also damaged and thrown in the trunk, and bug splatter all over the front of the car.
We paid full price for this rental and expected a reasonable vehicle for our trip in Italy. Very disappointed.

Picking up the car was quick and efficient, even though I didn't get the same type of car I ordered.
Despite this, the car served us well throughout the rental. Because we announced that we would return the car a few hours later at the return station at the Venice airport, the company charged us an additional amount of money for this, but without our consent they charged our credit card in advance for this, and used another credit card of mine that they had in their possession and without my consent.
I returned the car with an almost full tank of gas and received the car with less than three quarters of a tank, I did not receive a credit for this.

I booked it through booking.com, with the drop-off in a different city than the pick-up. Everything was smooth and the price was very reasonable!
The car was new and we really enjoyed our trip (went from Italy to Slovenia as well with no extra tees).

Dear Customer Service Team, good afternoon

I received a sudden and unexplained charge on my card. I blocked the card because I initially suspected fraud, as I had not been properly notified by the rental company. I later realized the charge was from the rental company and was for an administrative fee.

I would like to point out that if the company had notified me about the fee in advance via email, this confusion wouldn't be happening!

Since then, I have been trying to settle the payment, without success.

I tried using the company's website to view the fees, but I am unable to submit the documentation there.

I received a form to authorize the payment for June 24, 2026, and submitted the required documentation on June 25, 2026. Even so, the company claims there are issues with the payment authorization.

I have already sent several emails trying to resolve this situation and pay the fee. I simply cannot get it done.
This situation has dragged on for far too long! We need to resolve this!

I would like a quick and efficient solution from the company. I must point out that I am unable to upload and submit the necessary documentation to rectify this situation via the customer service page.

Therefore, I look forward to an efficient and definitive solution regarding this payment.
