Easy collection and hand back, excellent vehicle. Helpful staff.

Got a VW in Milan, car was OKish, but soon started warning it needs oil. I contacted the rental office and they kindly suggested to buy oil, find someone who would top it up and keep the receipt for refund. I've spent my time doing so, ok. Then the car asked to inflate the front left tyre, there was no pump in the car, ok I spent more time searching for a fuel station with a pump.
When I returned the car I was told they'll refund the oil price. It's been 10 days and no refund. Furthermore now they don't reply to my emails nicely, but instead they send me to some customer contact zone on their website. When it was their fault with oil they were so kind, and responded quickly. When it gets to a refund they're suddenly so strict.

My car rental experience with your company was extremely smooth, simple, and pleasant from start to finish. Everything was handled efficiently without any complications or difficulties.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming, professional, and quick in completing all the necessary procedures, which made the whole experience very comfortable and stress-free.

I was truly satisfied with the service and will definitely choose your company again for my future car rentals.

Locauto made everything very easy, both in terms of providing the vehicle we needed and arranging the most convenient drop-off location for us. The paperwork was quick, and the car was brand new. The drop off was also quick and very professional. Everything went perfectly.

The pickup/drop off point for the car is 300-400metres from the check in desk. In the high temperatures and with lots of luggage this isn't ideal.

Quite easy to deal with, however, the car we ended up with waas smaller than ordered and we struggled for luggage space because of this. That said the car was clean and staff helpful and spoke English well.

Best car rental company! Paolo the station manager and the entire team were all very helpful welcoming and friendly. Everything was smooth from start to finish the car was brand new spotlessly clean and drove perfectly. The pick up and dropoff process was quick, efficient, and completely stressfree.

Ver smooth process and very kind team. I didn’t add the booster seat for the child in my request, however They supported me and provided me with a booster seat free of charge.
The return process very smooth. Also it’s always recommended to proceed with the (don’t worry) coverage.

It was my first time renting a car from this company and the car was very clean and it was easy to collect. The staff were very helpful and kind. Especially when I returned the car Rafaella helped make the experience very easy.

We hired a car through zest car hire when we got to the airport a little confusing as zest then used a second party car car LOCAUTO luckily a lovely lady helped with the confusion but it was in the small print email , going forward with LOCAUTO it was straight forward only thing I would say the agent never checked the car over with ourselves just gave the keys and away we went on our travels we then got a email with pictures of the car damage. On returning again no issues another lovely guy this time did come out and check the car over for any additional damage signed off. I would just say there is a petrol station 6 minutes away so top up before returning the car as there is a 50 euro charge plus fuel on top.
