Our car’s air conditioning suddenly…
Our car’s air conditioning suddenly stopped working, and the nearest Lucauto center was Novara, so we went there for help. Although the staff member did not speak English, she was incredibly helpful and patient. We used a translation app to communicate, and she made every effort to assist us.
In the end, she arranged for us to switch to a larger car, as they so not have the same compact car in automatic. Even though there was a language barrier, her kindness, and willingness to help made the whole experience much easier. We really appreciated her support and excellent customer service.
