Great car hire company!
It was a quick and easy process to collect my hire car in Siracusa. The staff were efficient and very helpful. I returned to car to Milazzo where the staff were equally helpful

Organized fraud or mail error? Fraud to me.
1. No lockers check-out in Siracusa - in Palermo check-in locker was broken, and they took me 200,00 euros in spite of having insurance against it.
2. Siracusa NEVER send me any location bill at my e-mail, and neither did Palermo station.
3. No location bill = no refund from insurance police, no way to claim with Locauto consumer service = thievery.
4. To LOCAUTO : now you have my e-mail, prove me wrong, and that you're honest.
