I rented the car in Italy and the assistant couldn’t have been nicer and helpful. The car was great and the cost was decent. I will rent again.

A good car rental experience.
September 15th 2026 Siracusa, Italy pickup of the car booked online in advance. The pickup was unpressured, very professional, efficient and helpful. The car was newish, very clean and in good condition. The city centre location (by the port) was pleasant, easy to get to, and easy to drive to and away from. There was no attempt to sell added insurance that we didn’t need. Excellent staff and a good experience.
