Never Rent Here
Locauto Terni rented me a car with damage and even recognized the damage at initial rental but then tried to charge me for the previous damage upon completion. They kept me an extra hour on checkout. Could this be a scam to earn extra money or cheat the insurance company or do they feel they can treat foreigners differently?
