Good staff and quality service.
Very straight forward process when collecting car in Trento and dropping off at Verona airport. Staff were very helpful at both locations .
There were a few existing marks on the car when we received it in Trento but the staff had these highlighted on the rental agreement. Overall quality of car was very good.
There were no issues when returning car and staff were helpful and friendly.
Overall I had a positive experience dealing with Locauto Group and I would use them again.

Great service
Great service, super friendly staff in the Trento branch. The two lads who were there apologised that the car I booked wasn't available, and gave me a really good upgrade at no extra price. They were professional and friendly throughout, and spoke excellent English to boot. Would highly recommend.

Was very happy with the vehicle. Great customer service.
Too many rental companies just supply a vehicle and give little or no instruction on using it. They are so varied these days. I was very pleased that I had a few minutes information right at the car site pickup. Well done.

good car with friendly staff
We rented a car in Loc Auto Trento for two days because our own car wasn't working properly. The employee helped us in a friendly manner. He calmly took the time to explain everything clearly. We got a nice car and were able to enjoy our holiday!
The handling by the same employee also went well; he made it clear that we enjoyed the Italian hospitality!
