Wonderful helpful clean

Very Helpful staff! I would hire a car from Locauto again for sure.

This is the feed-back particularly on Varese pick-up spot - the lady working there is very friendly, waited for me while I was a little late. Pick-up and return were quick.

We reserved a VW golf, but a VW T-cross was given to us which is a better car. We picked up the car from locauto varese and returned it to locauto Malpensa. The car was fairly new, but the exterior was a bit dirty that according to renter, they didnot have time to wash it, but we didnot mind it. We could smell a cigarette smoke in the car, something that we didnot like, but to be fair, car rental companies donot have a way to reinforce non smoking policy on their cars. People smoke and thats it. Also, the locauto staff are nice and friendly.
In total, a good experience with locauto.

The station, where I booked was closed for the return. A lot of phone calls during the holidays, it seemed impossible, that someone helps. In the end someone picked up the car at the original station. But to much effort to get what we booked. Never again!

The rental company claims minor damages, in my case a small scratch on the windshield, which do not cause any further troubles. Small scratches like this can occur to many cars and are no reason for changing the windshield. I did mention this to the lady of the rental company several times, but she insisted that i have to sign the check in. Now they carged me with 335 € without sending me a receipt for replacing the windshield. I think it is only because they know, that I have an insurance which settles the alleged damage. I am very unsatisfied with this kind of doing business.

I don't know how to reply to a comment. But anyway the company has NOT resolved my issue as it was stated in the comment below. Since my last email I sent to them, which was 2 wekks ago, i received NO reply.
