Lochinvar Developments Ltd Reviews

We had great service from start to finish. The fitters were very professional, courteous and tidied up after themselves. Would highly recommend Lochinvar 👌

After a useful discussion of options we ordered a new rear door. Initial measurements and then installation went smoothly with good work by friendly installers.

Lochinvar are a well established local company with a commitment to quality work being carried out at all times. Very professional approach to whatever job they might take on. fitters very friendly and approachable, and above take pride in the work they carry out. I personally have dealt with Lochinvar for 24 years, testimony to the trust I have in there workmanship.

This firm is amazing 👏 all guys very friendly and Cyvonne in the office is exceptional very friendly and always made me laugh !!
The workmanship is to a high standard and would highly recommend ! We have other jobs booked in because they were so good ! And I'm also going to mention john the guy who tidies up after is amazing at his job ..to the point he cleaned the glass that well I walked into it !!
Anyway highly recommended thanks again Lochinvar! 👍

Quality team and professional job completed to our high expectations and entire satisfaction. This was a big job: - extension, kitchen and shower room and we have been delighted. We, and our family, have used Lochinvar many times previously so knew in advance that they would be excellent. Their tradesmen were professional and friendly - they were particularly good at ensuring the customer was fully satisfied and nothing was any trouble. Their boss dropped in about twice per week to check on progress and any issues for which there were none of any significance. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend Lochinvar, they kept us updated during each stage of our conservatory and we were really impressed by all of the tradesmen. We were able to tailor the build to our taste and we are really happy with the finished result.

From salesman to fitters all contacts with the company were professional and helpful.
16 windows completed in the promised timeframe and to a high standard. Fitters did an amazing job with a minimum of disturbance. We would use Lochinvar again.

The company was great start to finish! Douglas was amazing at talking us through the options, and Charles handled all the logistics. Made the whole process exciting and easy. Couldn’t recommend more

The door looks amazing.

The 2 young men who did the fitting were fantastic and continually cleaned up as they went along.

Hallway was spotlessly clean so I was well impressed

They did a grand job with the door fitting and I would use Lochinvar again

When we decided the current sunroom had come to its end we contacted a couple of companies for quotes etc. During our visit from Gary at Lochinvar to discuss what our options were, he provided us with options of what can and cannot be done. He was the only salesman who provided that extra information. I found him to be pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. When we finally decided to go ahead there was an agreed schedule of works required which involved removal of old sunroom and repairs to the drainage. All the crew involved in this project were polite, good humoured, tidy and professional. When the extension was painted and fully finished with lights, radiators and flooring we were both absolutely stunned with the quality of build and finish. I especially love the full length window in the roof. I would like to take this review to let others know that I would highly recommend Lochinvar for any project that you are considering. Thanks again to all the crew involved.

New conservatory & Bathroom install

Excellent assistance at showroom to give ideas and overview. Gary in sales came out and gave excellent assistance and was quick with quote for both.
Large job over a few months as explained beforehand. Moved plumbing for bathroom as needed with no fuss, removed old ‘lean to’ from back of house.
All the tradesmen were polite, friendly and would recommend their work. Attention to detail in their clean up was amazing. I had dreaded having workmen at my home for a long time but these guys made me relaxed about it all.
Chyvonne was at the helm to ensure we were kept informed and confirmed receipt of funds by return which put my mind at ease. She was helpful and a credit to the company.
I can’t recommend them enough and wouldn’t hesitate to contact if further assistance is needed.

I recently had a new front door installed by Lochinvar.
From my first contact, to the final installation, I found Lochinvar to be a pleasure to deal with.
I was given a quote from the salesman who was very polite and professional. At no point did I feel like I was being pressured into agreeing to anything.
After deciding to go ahead with the purchase I paid a small deposit and was then given a timescale for the installation.
The installation team did an excellent job. They left my property clean and tidy after they were finished and were nothing but professional the whole time. The door itself is gorgeous and I am delighted with the finished product.

Door and window installed.

Salesman, surveyor and fitters very pleasant and professional. Job completed in 1 day. Nicely finished. So far, very happy ( it's only been a couple of weeks since install). I'd have no issues using lochinvar again.

First class service and quality at reasonable cost. Fitting was over two days with very little disruption, clean and tidy. Excellent job. Very pleased!

Both the fitters were great and did a wonderful job.
They were very pleasant and cleaned up after the job and that's why I always use Lochinvar !!!

Got a couple of windows fitted by lochinvar very impressive service the fitters where first class very clean and excellent customer service an explanation on how to use was given after they had removed their covers and cleaned up a five star to them

Had all of our windows replaced.
Extremely helpful and polite fitters.Minimum clean up after they left.
Did the whole job in one and a half days!!!
Shown how to operate all windows.
More than happy to recommend to others.

On deciding to have a conservatory built, the salesman went through my requests, advised on my best options and suggested other useful ones. He was not pushy and listened to my needs. Work started as planned and went smoothly. Tradesman arrived on time every day, kept me informed of next steps and tidied up behind them. They also liked tea and biscuits!
Cheyvonne was a great help in the process by keeping the work on track. I'm very happy with the price, work, service and professionalism. I would definitely recommend Lochinvar and would not hesitate to use the company again

We are delighted with our new doors which were professionally installed despite the back door being non standard sizing.
From initial contact to job completion everything was as planned with good communication throughout. The overall cost was in the same range as other quotes. I would use Lochinvar and again and would happily recommend them to anybody looking for replacement doors.

Great experience from start to finish. Got good advice and ideas at the sales stage, price was competitive, survey was done when scheduled and the fitters were quick, tidy and done a fantastic job. There was a couple of minor snagging items to sort but these were no trouble and were sorted within a couple weeks of install.

All in all a great company to deal with and would happily recommend.
