Good but uses many credits if you dont log out session properly and you wont be able to close sessions from your end if you donot close them properly

I had a pleasant experience with a company during the interview process. The communication was clear and timely, and the interviewers were respectful and well-prepared. The process felt structured and efficient, which helped me stay calm and focused. While I haven’t received an outcome yet, I appreciate the professionalism shown throughout. It reflected well on the company's culture and values.

It worked for first few minutes and after that it stopped prompting , which is really annoying and created tense moment in the interview, not sure how to make it work again . it happened twice in the last 2 days , i have missed both the golden opportunities .

I rarely leave reviews, but after spending $130(after discount) on a 600-credit plan for this AI tool, I feel it's important to share my experience.

The desktop app is nearly invisible. You constantly need to switch windows between Teams and the app to make it work, and if you minimize it, it disappears unless you use shortcuts.

The AI responses are overly simplistic—not suitable for experienced professionals seeking real-time, advanced technical support.

Response time lags (often 4–5 seconds), and it occasionally fails to capture voice during interviews, undermining its reliability.

There’s no proper support or help center to assist when things go wrong. If the tool breaks, you're completely on your own.

Despite its pitch, the tool seems like a superficial wrapper around other AIs like ChatGPT, without meaningful enhancements for live coding scenarios.

Most disappointing of all, It’s just not built for serious technical professionals. Save your time and money.

Note: Based on my experience, I genuinely suspect many of the positive reviews are incentivized or paid possibly posted to earn free credits or boost visibility.

I am using LockedinAI for interviews and so far it has been great in providing helps and practising interviews. I will advise others to use it as it is far better than other products in the market.
