Great customer service and product
Great customer service with fast delivery. I made a mistake on sizing and they shipped me out an additional ring at no extra cost! I had a defective spacer and they also sent out a new spacer kit immediately. Now it fits perfect.

Fantastic Cages
I have purchased both The Vice and The Down Boy, and both are fantastic. Well made, easy to put on and no pinching, which for someone with a bit of girth is nice. I’m trying to decide what my next cage will be.

Be careful with the buckles
I had purchased the strap on harness on 2 occasions before an event.
On the first night they were used one of the buckles broke while tightening the straps.. specifically one of the ones between the legs. The roller part popped out and was not able to be fit back in making the buckle unusable... this compromised the stability and made the harness unusable... fortunately I had ordered 2 or the night would have been a bust...
an easy fix that would have prevented this would be to use a better buckle with a solid core under the rolling part.

good product overall.
I've been using LIL for a few years now and it's pretty good. The glue they use on the vice mini unfortunately doesn't hold (couple years old) and the glue on the silver pin on the anti-pullouts (little over a year old) also doesn't hold. Other than those defects the product is good if you like light weight. I'll continue to use them as they're reliable with customer support and shipping.

This device is horrible
This device is horrible, I have measured, bought rings and spacers and given this thing time and all it does is cut/tear my penis. The hinge on the rings is horrible it just rubs and chaffes. Thank God my wife is the KH because if it was someone not with me it would be a huge problem. I am just average size, I have no illusions of my size so you buy this at your own risk. I wish I would have listened to reddit reviews.

My wife purchased the Vice plus and…
My wife purchased the Vice plus and after owning the CB 3000 and CB 6000 and struggling with breaking parts … this cage has been the most comfortable cage I’ve ever had to wear and I have had any issues except for 1 problem where my base ring broke at the hinge. Otherwise my wife is satisfied with how secure my cage is and I’m happy with how comfortable it is…. I just wish the base ring hadn’t broken. She purchased this cage 2 years ago and constantly reminds me of how happy she is with it.
