I've used their Vice cages for several years now, and I really want to give them a full 5 stars. Their cages are by far the best designed cages out there, for comfort, style, fit, and effectiveness. However, quality wise I've had numerous issues with their products over the years. Various pieces from the kits break fairly frequently, from the base rings to the anti-pullouts and others. I've contacted their support people numerous times to get support, but each time the parts were outside of their stated warranty period of 12 months, so they were essentially not willing to discuss any type of compensation (ie: discount, free shipping, etc.). The support people also tend to make you feel like your problems are unique and unusual, but I don't believe that is the case. I've ordered several replacement parts over the years, due to repetitive failures in the material. The most recent case just happened this past month where one of the plastic spacers that sits between the cage and the base ring broke. I reached out to their support staff prior to posting my review here to see if they were willing to make any concessions now that they are registered with TrustPilot. After giving them a record - with pictures - showing some of the various problems I've had, and heard no response after several weeks of waiting, I decided to just post a negative review. It's really too bad. If they could improve their manufacturing / quality control so the devices didn't fall apart so often, or even had a better warranty or pricing on their replacement parts, I would absolutely give them 5 stars. Maybe one day they'll make their device out of metal instead of plastic, and these problems will go away. Who knows.

Put the device on and within 30 minutes I was bleeding in 3 places… the quality control and safety aspect seem basically non-existent. The cage was promptly removed and found to be covered in sharp edges where the plastic molds come together, so as soon as you become erect, you are cut to ribbons. My fault I guess for not inspecting it more closely, but I was excited to try it out and who would have thought it would be liking sticking my penis in razor wire… I have cages that cost far, FAR less that have no sharp edges, so I wasn’t expecting it.

I will be smoothing all of the edges on it, being that it is the only one of its kind I do like the design and concept of it. It is a shame though that you pay a premium price for a piece of plastic they can’t even bother to smooth edges on so it doesn’t hurt somebody.

They have excellent customer service and the single defect I had one of my products they very quickly resolved the issue.

From the team recommendations, to sizing help (specifically for those of us fairly new to this, and for us who are not endowed and on the small size) and customer service assistance, the team has been phenomenal. We purchased the Vice Micro at first but found it was a little big, and went with the Clitty and use with the XS ring and Z-Spacer and it fits like a glove. After a couple of issues with pieces cracking, the team got a replacement quickly both times. The team has maintained consistent and quick communication with us and help answering all questions and providing feedback through the journey. I cannot recommend this team enough and the Clitty's small size and smaller spacers are perfect for long-term wear (hygiene twice a week.) Again, well worth the pricing, customer service definitely makes the difference.

I have tried multiple cages and sizes over the years from Locked In Lust having purchased 2 full sets and an additional size cage. The one thing that I cannot get past is their base ring sizes. Just about every other brand offers a base ring in a 2 inch sizing. Locked In Lust's only offers the XL 48.5mm (1.909in) and the XXL 57mm (2.25in). Which for me the XL is way to small and pinches at the hinge constantly or the XXL which is way too big and slips right off. I really wish they made a size between the XL and the XXL. If they did I would rate their products way higher.

I don't usually leave product reviews but I want to discuss my experience with Locked in Lust.

I use the Vice Clitty (XXL scrotal ring with A spacing). This is the only chastity device on the market that I have found that I can comfortably and effectively wear for extended periods of time with no chaffing or pinching, but also minimal instances of my unexpected slipping out. And by "extended periods of time" I mean semi-permanently, I only remove once every week or two for basic hygiene maintenance.

I only have one critique of the product, and I think this just applies to the Clitty. The top of the device that you pass the lock through, the latch, is relatively bulkly. I don't use an actual lock, instead opting for a sturdy zip tie. But I've found, regardless of lock or ziptie, while the actual cage and ring are innocuous and unobtrusive - the latch itself does make a slightly noticable and unnatural "bump" in my pants while out in public. I wish the latching mechanism were recessed a bit so that it wasn't so noticable, especially since I don't even use a true lock.

I want emphasize though that this is a minor issue and barely noticeable. Probably I'm the only one that notices it because I know it's there.

I purchased an item and the delivery was faster than I expected it to be honestly. The item was exactly as I had expected it to be. After a few weeks there seemed to be a crack problem in it. Upon contacting Locked in Lust they immediately sent a replacement without question and in a very timely manner. Their customer service was outstanding in resolving my issue so much so that I have since made yet another purchase from them. I would not hesitate in ordering from them again.

I had a problem with delivery and contacted support. Within 10 minutes support got back to me and my issue was resolved and a new device is being sent tomorrow.
