Really great cages so easy to size…
Really great cages so easy to size yourself and the customer service rep austin is soooooooo helpful. I had a defective ring and emailed about my warranty (which is superb) austin replied the same day and sent another at no cost. The vice mini really does have me locked in excellent work.

Superb!
So I own the vice mini, micro, and clitty. They are all great products. They are well made without any roughness to the rings. The sizing is good. And the customer service is top notch. Quick response to my emails. My one wish is that the rings could have the comfort curve that metal rings have. Otherwise I am exceptionally happy with these chastity cages.

Awesome support
I can't praise Austin and the team enough for their communication and customer service. I really feel they went above with their help/advice (on the best way to discretely purchase a VICE). As for the device itself what I love most about it is the spiked anti pull outs (if you know you know!) AWESOME!

Very good product, great service
I can say that I enjoy their product - especially the Vice chastity.
Pros:
- The Vice is comfortable to wear for a long time.
- Nice design and look.
- It doesn't take too much time to clean.
- Has different ring and parts sizes.
Neutral:
- The anti-pullout cap is an interesting idea, but it took me some time to get used to it (with some pain and bruises).
Cons:
- After wearing it for some time, I noticed cracks in the hinges of the rings and anti-pullouts. After all, it's made of plastic. Maybe one idea to solve this for rings is to have rings without hinges (one piece, like the steel ring for other chastity you have)?
Vice is a little expensive, but for me, it is understandable. The company occasionally provides us with discounts and coupons, which is excellent. I also get a one-year warranty from them.
Regarding support, I would say that it is the best support that I have ever received.

The anti-pullout cap gives you the option to wear the device without the anti-pullout feature, which is an excellent option for those new to chastity as it gives one less component to try and figure out sizing for in the beginning.
We are also looking at designing a new device with solid rings to avoid this from occurring. When an unlikely situation like this does arrive, please reach out to us. As you mentioned, we have a 1-year manufacturer's warranty on everything sold, so we would be more than happy to replace it and make it right for you.

First, great products! The locking/no pull-off feature is a game changer. Second, first item I bought was one size larger than the mini, cannot remember the name. After using it I offered some suggestions for improvements (not a complaint, just some things I've experieinced with other similar devices. Surprise! They responded, listened, and made some modifications. So I bought the mini plus some other complimentary parts. Everything is great! Works as advertised, responsive company, and great value. As a consumer I find all three of the above hard to find today.
