It took us a while to solve, but the technician was very patient. Our connection was bad and she was easy to work with even though the communication was difficult. In the end she solved the problem and I am a satisfied customer. Customer service was excellent.

Bought a Lockly lock after I had a different brand lock on my Vacation Rental Unit that kept draining the battery very fast, so it was unworkable. I switched to this Lockly lock and it has not been draining the battery (so worth its weight in gold!). I had some issues trying to connect from my long-distance location (my issues - not the lock) and the customer service at Lockley was EXCEPTIONAL! Quick response, super polite and very efficient. The problem I had got resolved very fast.

Alex, assisted me the best way she can to install my new Lockly deadbolt. She went above and beyond and was very patient in assisting me and giving me instructions while we were troubleshooting the device. She was very kind and cordial. Very excellent customer service.

The communication was excellent and emails were responded to promptly. The only negative we had was once the invoice was paid there was something that was missed on your end which caused the shipping to be delayed. This was not rectified until i asked about the delivery.

My experience with operator (Xian N.).
I am pretty tech savvy and I had been trying to reprogram my 3-4-year-old Lockly Vision. I followed all the prompts and I honestly was dreading that I would have to buy a new one. But the operator helped me fix it in no time. Xian was very patient, reassuring, and when one approach didn't work out, he had another one lined up until we were able to reprogram my Lockly to my app.

I was on hold for about 15 minutes but she was able to walk me through setting up my lock quickly. I've had the lock for 3 years and has worked well.
I changed my door and had to reset the lock. Very helpful and efficient. She knew what she was doing and we had it fixed in a few minutes.

In SETTINGS- AUTO LOCK & WELCOME MODE I had LIVE AUTHENTICATION switched on, and this was causing the setup of my facial recognition fail. As soon as I turned it off, my facial recognition set up happened immediately.

This block lives up to the hype. All methods of opening, including the app, fingerprint reader, facial recognition, and key all work flawlessly. Facial recognition in place, as I approach the door, it is unlocked before I can place my hand on the door knob.
I give this product, my highest possible rating, and encourage everyone thinking about such a LOCK to go ahead and make the purchase. Installation is simple with the correct tools. The app is mostly intuitive and easy to use. My only criticism is that installation. Instructions and documentation could have been much more explanatory and complete.
