Charged me £444 to drill the lock in , waste of money. This was at 5pm

Quoted £50 on the phone. FULL explanation given as to issue. Charged £345!!! Absolutely ridiculous! Con artists! DONT USE

Absolute scammers. Quoted £390 for a new lock & door alignment, went upstairs to get my card & hes put it in the machine. I put my pin in distracted by the dog & when I've looked after he's charged me £435. Am contacting trading standards & bank to cancel the payment. They are complete con artists who think they can take advantage of women on their own, big mistake as his behaviour & what he's done is all caught on camera. Avoid like the plague

They also go under the name of Neat Job LTD. They charged our landlord £623 to change a lock! The took advantage of the fact it was a Sunday, a completely rip off!

Only scored one as couldn’t move forward . Came today to my 92 year ild mum as door wouldn’t open . Tried to charge her £517 to fix the door . We said she hasn’t got that kind of money . He took £90 off her card and didn’t touch the door . Disgusting company . Reading the reviews they like to rip off old people . Don’t touch this company

Rang to book told would be there in half hour they lied about someone calling messaging totally bad company don't bother!!!!!

Vile company!!! Came out bullied someone with autism and charged 2 times what their site states. Only to throw on almost 300 extra for a lock that didnt even need changing!!! Vile company definitely avoid!!!!

£500 for a new lock that costs £50. Then blocked my number when I tried to talk about them. Am reporting to trading standards, as they feel they can charge you anything as called out of hours. Please avoid!

Locked out! Initial contact was okay and the guy arrived within an hour. Then said he would need to drill the lock out and quoted £200 plus new locks etc. I said no, he then suddenly was able to force the door for £100. Which he did quickly, cost £100 time taken 3 minutes. No proper invoice or receipt. Think someone more vulnerable could be taken for a ride with this company and they would take any advantage they got!

Where to begin? Tried to extort nearly £700 from me! Rude! Used obscene language

Absolutely disgraceful. Kept me waiting, arrived 2 hours after I called. Wanted £70 for the call out. I refused and the language used against me was disgusting

Absolutely disgusting company, ripped off 2 vulnerable adults. Charged £500 for a new lock, but infact made it worse as it was loose and rattling. They are obviously not professional locksmiths or even a handyman. They put cardboard behind the lock to try and stop the rattling, cut away the stiking plate and rounded off all the screw heads making it impossible to repair. Then blocked all our numbers so we couldn't complain. Absolute crooks!! Do not use this company.

I asked a locksmith to come and review our door which was not closing properly. I was quoted £79 for a call out.
I went out and left my husband to deal with it
He said the locksmith arrived and had very poor English
He immediately started drilling into the lock before even taking a look at the door.
Initially he quoted £700 for a lock but my husband refused and another one was fitted
He spent around half an hour adjusting the door as the lock he fitted did not work. This is not a quality job.
Total cost £318 which I discovered had been paid by bank transfer when I got home.
I am furious with my husband and feel completely ripped off.
He blames it on the fact that he couldn’t understand a word the locksmith said!!

Locked myself out leaving geriatric cat in the house on Saturday afternoon. Service was great, the locksmith has unbelievable skills. Thanks.

If I could give 0 stars I would- Very unsatisfactory work, tampered with the lock even after he was told not to, was given misinformation about the service fee and call out fee, and proceeded to take payment even when the service was incomplete, i would like a full refund and an apology from the receptionist who proceeded to hang up on me multiple times as i was explaining my situation, I am very unhappy with the customer service and lack of knowledge from the staff.

Do NOT use this company. There fitted a new lock at my parents home. They are elderly. It was faulty and they promised a repair yesterday and then today
TOM is the name of the locksmith and he lied to md and my parents and has not kept a promise to repair his mistake
I cannot believe people can do this. The job cost £500 and noone will come to repair the poor work. The company have blocked my number whwn I made polite enquiries. We are going ymto the small claims court, trading standards and I think the Police should be aware of this scamming.

Very rapid responses, arrived within 30mins. Very patient communicating with our request and looking for the house number in the dark. Professional service with the lock opened within 10 mins.

ABSOLUTE SCUMBAGS/SCAMMERS
was quoted £39 for a callout fee plus whatever cost of the lock which i was expecting around £100. The guy kept changing the price while he was doing the job and quoted me £50 call out, £180 for the lock and £130 for drilling out the old lock. When i went to pay he said theres an extra charge for labour of £40 so i ended up paying £308 for a cheap poxy lock!! When i questioned the man about where they are based he kept stumbling his words and couldn’t tell me. I should of known it was a red flag when he turned up in a normal car (not a professional van). The company names were also different on the website and the receipt/bank transaction. I called up the company a few times and they are so dismissive and kept saying ‘your loosing signal’ DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!!
