I requested a new spare key for my truck. To some time to find the find the product code and correct chip for mv Truck. Very fast on shipping. Awesomeness job

The key fob doesn't work. The battery was dead. Key fob was NOT programmable. Three days ago I completed the online return/refund request and so far this is the only email I've received. I want to return the defective key fob and get a full refund. A full refund for the key fob, taxes, and shipping. This is not my fault the fob is defective/broken/not programmable. Haven’t take it to program yet. It looks different fob. I don’t know if will work or not.

Good quality, price, and shipping time+cost were reasonable. It was oddly hard to find this keyway on Amazon or other search engine/marketplaces. I worry about ordering from websites directly but this site handled my order like professionals with automated updates and followup to make sure the order arrived.

Beware this company - If you need to return anything - Good Luck- They have a list of what cannot be returned and its extensive. My item was not on the list so I thought I could return it. Hah...They Require you to fill out a form which includes all kinds of info that they don't need - since they already have it but is inconvenient for you, They even require pictures. I included all the required info and submitted the form Twice - Nothing back. I called, was told someone would call me back- Nope.. Must be REALLY important to them to not return the 60.00 part I guess. I am updating my review. The company called me several times asking me to change my review. I told them I would see how my experience went next time.- Finally they sent me a Return Authorization for 37.50. The part with shipping was 60.00. I have to pay return shipping too - so hardly worth my trouble. I don't know but to me, it just seems weird that the company is so concerned about a few dollars. other online stores - just return the part and often return shipping is paid also. With other companies returns are no big deal- not this company. They would rather save a dollar than save a customer.
