I took it to a locksmith and they could not get it to sync or work with my truck.

Item that was listed in stock actually was not. Very difficult to reach customer service. Had to file a complaint with my credit card company to have the charge reviewed for an item never shipped,

So happy the key fob I needed was available. The service was also very quick in shipping. It does already contain a battery and ready to be programmed.

The Key pod I ordered was with the Remote starter and the one I received didnt have the Remote starter, so I reordered one with the remote starter.

I ordered a key fob for a 2024 KIA Carnival that was refurbished and pictured on their site and it showed the fob with the key inside. The fob came empty so I called and customer service said they see the picture and agreed that it was deceiving. The woman said she would " escalate" the issue. Then the representative told me to order the key separately and she gave me the product number. I had to pay $10 shipping to get it and it came but was not the correct size. I called and they said they give no refunds and that key should fit. There was no offer made to refund the charge for the Key or the shipping. The KIA dealer was happy to see me and they confirmed that it was the wrong key - too long and too narrow. I appreciate the response of the company which I assume is an offer to credit the charge for the key and the shipping. That would be great since I had to order the correct key from the dealership.

The dealership charged me $98.00, and tax to program, but saying it couldn't be done, " because this is the wrong fob for your car". I need to return this fob. It is advertised as one to buy for my year and make of car. Locksmiths and car dealers charge for trying to program.

I ordered on black Friday which was on Nov.28. Today is December 10 and I STILL don't have my renewal code! They sent me an invalid code. Had me call Autel to find out that code isn't even in their system. Now I'm sitting here with nothing! They need to just send the actual cards from Autel and they wouldn't have this problem!

Price, delivery time, ease of website to find the correct lock! All good.

Received the remote as described. Haven't had it programmed yet but hoping no problems. Shipping was slower than anticipated and did not get updates on estimated delivery date. Overall no problems that we know of. Will know more when programmed.

I got a E-Plex 2000 lowest price i could find on the internet came rather quickly and was in and worked perfectly.

I ordered two jaguar key fobs . They both arrived and are both dead and even after replacing the batteries they will not emit any signals. They are trash. I tried several different places - they are simply junk. They do not work at all.
