Amazing service!

Best professional staff ever met. Friendly and effective.

Was kept informed about arrival time of technician. The job was finished in good time and the key was tested and accepted.

The whole service was very professional. I was kept informed of timescales, given a time slot and when the mechanic arrived he was polite, courteous and professional. A good service and I’m delighted with the product.

The Company made contact to change my van key through my RAC key cover policy.
The lady took all my details down & promised me a call back very shortly to confirm a time for the next day. I received no call.
I called them back the next day to confirm an afternoon time slot. I was given a 2hr time slot window.
The locksmith operative duly arrived within the 2hr window. He was very professional & had my new van key cut & chipped within 20 mins.
I can’t fault the Locksmith. He was excellent.
Overall I was very happy with the service offered.

Absolutely fantastic service, lost my car key and thankfully had keycare, took a week from start to finish to have my new key sorted. Ryan was brilliant, arrived exactly when he said he would, got my new key programmed in and sorted my spare key that wasn’t working properly. Fast, friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.

Once my claim was accepted, I was contacted by these locksmiths & the technician arrived fairly quickly. It took some time to create the new car key, as the new key is not quite the same as the older keys. The technician was very polite & professional.
