Ben did a great job. He replaced all the window locks in my mums house. He was quick and efficient. I have used this company previously for replacement door locks. Very reliable and trustworthy and they always do a good job.

First class, professional, prompt. I needed a lock replacing on a upvc door after a house key was stolen. They were here within 2hrs and replaced it swiftly at a very competitive cost. Thank you guys. 🔑👍🏻

Excellent service provided by 1st Defence when we had two external doors that were sticking/not opening properly. Ben explained clearly on the telephone the process and likely costs. Mark then turned up on time to investigate and to do the required work. Mark was friendly, thorough and professional throughout and explained the options and provided costs before commencing the required repair/replacement work. Best of all the problems were resolved and we now have two working locks and doors again! Based on this experience we would not hesitate to use 1st Defence again.

My front door failed to unlock and open so I searched for a locksmith and found 1st Defence Locksmiths Leeds and gave them a call. They booked me in and arrived at the designated time and promptly repaired the problematic door. The thing I liked was the explanation of how the repair was going to be carried out and what had caused the problem which I found very useful. The customer service from this company was excellent and I would definitely use them again if I had any further problems.

Ben was friendly and professional. Explained the mechanisms behind my dodgy patio door locks and talked me through all the possible solutions. Made an easy job of getting a snapped key out of the lock too. Price as quoted. Excellent!

Turned up promptly, completed a swap of a snapped barrel. Diagnosed an issue with the alignment of the door and adjusted it to avoid future issues. Exactly what I needed!
