Calls between 10am and 2pm only but I couldn't get through. Tried on two separate days with no luck. Chat wasn't accepting messages either.
Went ahead and bought some things on their site and all of them were out of stock. Why advertise items you don't have? Customer project is set back and so is my wallet.
Look closely at the reviews - the 5* all have some issue with this company. Please try elsewhere.

Regarding the live chat, we are not aware of any reported issues with it not accepting messages, but we will certainly look into this. Really pleased with my new locks
Really pleased with my new locks. They look fantastic Easy to use website with easy options for payment and very good prices. Great customer service especially since I had lots of questions and a return I had was dealt with swiftly (my fault for not measuring properly.) Will definitely use again if I need more locks.

Think twice before ordering
Think twice before ordering. Nobody answers the phone. First you are on hold for awhile, then you get cut off. Tried several times. I had a question about my order.
Ordering on the website was not clear either. They had my card details from a previous order long ago, but did not allow me to log in as user.
I will not use again.
