I needed storage for an unknown length of time and Lock Stock offered a monthly charge with no notice period when I needed to vacate.
Everyone I spoke to was helpful and friendly.
The storage yard was secure out of normal working hours, coded access gate and container easy to find with good instructions and communications upon sign-up. More than one key was provided which was helpful.

Had a 10 foot unit for a while at Llandudno but soon filled so then got a 20 foot for nearly 6 months. Manager was very helpful at every stage. Easy access and very secure. Took the unit off hire yesterday and then soon received the deposit & credit paperwork.

Safe environment for storage, clean unit and great sized for our needs, insulated and ventilated so no condensation in our experience, access and parking was perfect.

Always pleasant and helpful on the phone. Service engineer deserves especial commendation - friendly, prompt with help (for instance coming to help with a stiff door, he greased it all up for me and even provided a new padlock), and staff at head office very friendly, efficient and helpful. We had a unit in Newtown for many years and only now have been able to vacate it; it has been so useful to us. Can't praise the company too much!

Wanted a storage unit for a.short period. Price was good. Easy access. No fuss and when finished cleared and deposit and refund of unused period repaid very quickly. All around 10/10

Had a unit for a few years. Really easy to start rental & incentives for payments 6months in advance. Good solid, clean & dry storage with 24hr access. Never had any problem until I was nearing the end of my rental when some idiot, apparently from the unit nextdoor, had put a number pad lock onto my opening door. Lost van hire & 2 days of access as site manager/out of hours needed to check cctv & my account to see if I was in arrears! Having already explained I used the 6months upfront system I was very annoyed that nothing could be done on the Saturday morning & had to wait until Monday morning for an explanation. Had to get another man & van & re-organise a charity donation before ending the contract.

Easy and cheaper than most alternatives.

We had to find a transit point for our furniture mid move, neighbours had used a container lock up which prompted us to consider the same. We checked on line and Lock Stock stood out for us, their website was excellent and provided all the information required. After a phone call, which was promptly answered, we settled on the Llandudno Junction facility, two months later we have now finished with the long container. The whole transaction has been seamless, all the staff are very helpful and we get a refund for unused days!

Very easy to use service they cannot do enough to help and they attend to the details. No hidden costs everything was explained up front. Container was dry and freshly painted inside.

I first used Lock Stock when I was moving house a few years ago. The process of hiring a storage unit is really simple and the staff are really helpful and are available to help when you need it. The site itself is clean and secure. I often see the Site Manager Rob who is friendly and always stops for a chat. I have since moved into one of their smaller units which I now use to keep all our camping equipment in and it’s perfect!

I would absolutely recommend using Lock Stock.
Always polite and helpful over the phone. Clear instructions when I started using the container.
Easy to load and unload as can park right outside.
