I'd definitely recommend loco scooters to anyone who's considering a purchase. I found them great to deal with remotely, and I'm guessing it'd be even better being able to go into the shop and chat.
I bought an eCargo bike through the bike to work scheme. The Loco crew were extremely helpful and responsive - in particular Jon Barton who went the extra mile with advice and customer service and follow up calls. The bike was delivered a lot earlier than I expected too.
It's been really fun getting out and about on two wheels again - can recommend the Fiido T2 as well.

Excellent Customer Service Despite Delivery Delay
At the time of purchase, the estimated delivery time shown was one working day. In reality, it took 15 working days. However, Jon Barton’s customer service in responding to my several emails was impeccable. He always replied clearly, and I could see that he did everything possible to ensure the delivery was made as quickly as possible.

Amazing Customer Service
Purchased two Engwe e-bikes and some accessories and the process, start to finish, was great.
Even though there were some issues (delays, faults etc), every one of them was handled fantastically by Jon, who kept me informed and up-to-date, and we now have two perfect bikes, helmets etc. It's not often a company makes you feel valued as a customer but Loco is the exception.
Would definitely recommend Loco Scooters and a second recommendation for Jon to receive whatever customer service awards the company hands out.

Jon from loco scooters was so helpful we had phoned him to ask about the different scooters he was patient and answered all our questions... The scooter we got they build it for us and was so glad they did was built to such a good safety standard.... Jon even gave us a follow up call to much sure we where happy and every thing was OK with our scooter and once again he answered a few questions for us....
