Amanda and her team were very helpful and supportive to us. Amanda suggested ideas and helped to arrange Dad's funeral at a very difficult time.

The complete process, from the initial meeting with Amanda, through to the management of the actual day by James and the team was excellent and dealt with in the most professional manner, always considering the feelings of the family throughout the process. Thank you all for what you did for us.

Our family was very happy with the service provided by Lodge Brothers in Langley. Amanda was brilliant, professional and responsive. Nothing was too much trouble and although it feels like dealing with a small friendly operation in the Langley branch you know you have the support of a large group behind the scenes.
Everything was handled with dignity and the team on the day were organised and thorough.

Amanda (at Langley) was amazing, so helpful and professional at such a difficult time. She guided us through everything that needed to be done. We had several alterations to the service sheet but nothing was too much trouble and she even suggested things we hadn’t thought of.

Lodge Brothers were excellent. They led us through the entire process step by step with compassion. They directed the proceedings and liaised with Natural burial grounds with precision, informing us at each step.

Amanda and Andrea at the Langley branch couldn’t have been more helpful during this difficult time. They were very supportive and helpful but also extremely efficient. It made the process a lot easier for us and they were on hand with guidance and support at every step.

From the moment we approached Lodge Brothers in Langley we were treated with compassion and understanding. We were distraught at the loss of our loved one and really had no idea where to start with the arrangements.However, the staff at Lodge Brothers Langley gently guided us through the whole process offering suggestions and responding to our ideas ; no question was too small and it was so reassuring to know that we could contact the office at any time
If we needed to clarify any aspect of the arrangements.
Whenever our loved one was spoken of they were treated with dignity and respect; we felt that the staff at Lodge Brothers Langley were genuinely interested in learning about our mother's life story- that was such a comfort to us all at such a stressful time.

I mostly dealt with Andrea for organising my husband's funeral. She was absolutely brilliant. Her compassion and gentle guidance was really helpful in a very upsetting situation. She has been such a great support through the whole process. The day went incredibly smoothly. Family and friends commented on how professional and brilliant the Lodge Brothers' staff were on the day. I would warmly recommend.

Andrea I met with initially so felt a connection with her immediately / I also met with Amanda who was lovely too - my mum’s funeral arrangements were perfect from the casket and plaques to the beautiful flowers - the church service and Crematorium were lovely too / it was such a beautiful day and Paul my Conductor looked after myself and mum in such a beautiful way / my thanks to these 3 very special people

I don't usually write reviews ! However, I have no hesitation in recommending Lodge Brothers (Langley) ,especially Jackie ,the funeral arranger and Paul the funeral conductor.
I appreciated all the care and support shown me whilst arranging my Mothers funeral. This was particularly helpful, as I was making the arrangements on my own.
I would also like to thank everyone who afforded my Mum the upmost dignity and respect at all times.
There were so many "special" touches which made a very difficult process so much easier. Thank you.
If sadly I need your service again, I would not hesitate to do so.
