For 240 years we have provided funerals, both modern & traditional, with reverence and compassion, for all faiths and the non-religious. We can facilitate cremations, burials, direct cremations and remembrance services. We bring our Lodge difference to every service offered including our own legal team (providing wills, probate and lasting POAs) and our highly skilled masons providing unique memorials, inscriptions and design work. We have a dedicated Funeral Plan Team who can help with planning for the future with a funeral plan or funeral wishes. We also supply floral tributes, Orders of Service, cremation urns and keepsake jewellery.

Very caring, compassionate and proffesional
Lodge Brothers were very proffesional,very compasionate throughout. We purchased a headstone from the Surbiton branch,Jane was very helpful,talked us through the options for engraving,fonts,statues,timescales etc. After our choices we still had several questions,no phone call was left unanswered and I wasn't made to feel my questions were uneccessary or stupid. Even when the headstone was being installed I was informed of the date and process, it was also quicker than we thought it would be. We're very pleased with our choices, the quality and the headstone and engraving are great. I would definately reccommend Lodge brothers, especially for such an emotional occasion.

Fathers funeral
When we left the office in Twickenham after the chat about the arrangements we felt that a weight had been lifted from us and everything was under control.
Julie and the team made a sad, emotional situation bearable by listening to all our needs, requests and questions and dealing with these in a professional and empathetic way.
On the actual day Daniel an his team conducted themselves in exactly same way

Professional and personable
I trusted them as they seemed very professional and supportive and responded quickly to requests. They also chased me when they needed to. On the day the guys were cheerful and respectful and I felt we were in excellent hands.

Lodge Brothers - the most professional funeral directors.
Lodge Brothers are probably the most professional funeral directors in the UK. They did a superb job for the funeral of my partner, they paid such attention to detail. The black horses were absolutely superb and Daniel and his team looked so smart. The flowers were beautiful and great care had been taken in assembling them. Sara Slark helped us do the initial arrangements and she made the whole thing bearable, especially when having to make unbearable choices. Laura Payne then took over and was equally as empathetic and she organised everything wonderfully. Both Sara and Laura are a credit to your company. Thank you for making the funeral the best it could have been.

We couldn’t have asked for better support from Lodge Brothers during such a difficult time. From start to finish they were highly organised, communicated clearly, and struck exactly the right balance of being sympathetic and understanding without ever feeling overbearing.
A special mention to Jackie at the Shepperton branch, who was our main point of contact—she couldn’t have been more helpful. Her guidance was thoughtful and spot on throughout, and she handled everything, including some tricky family dynamics, with great sensitivity and professionalism.
Everything ran smoothly on the day, which was a huge comfort to us. We’re very grateful for the care and respect shown to our loved one.

From the moment my wife Jan was…
From the moment my wife Jan was collected, i felt she was in safe hands. This was confirmed when Liz, from the New Malden branch, first phoned me. I cant speak highly enough of this lady. Liz wasn't just doing a job, she was like one of the family. Liz guided me through the organising of Jan's funeral with knowledge, experience and understanding. With the rest of her wonderful colleagues this made Jan's funeral a sad but wonderful day.

Really personable, caring staff. Reassuring, supportive and highly professional. The staff on the day were superb too. They also came up with lovely ideas, such as wearing red ties as my mother loved red. I’d highly recommend them.

Lesleys funeral April 2026
Both Sarah and Laura were instrumental in ensuring Lesleys funeral passed off well this month. They were both first class throughout the whole process and nothing was too much trouble. They made a very difficult few weeks a lot less traumatic than it would have been otherwise. Darren and his staff then ensured that Lesleys funeral went very smoothly on the day.
