Best CRM tool for customer service and sales

In my 16 years of experience in customer service, there is one common challenge that I faced which is managing multiple tools and channels which is very hectic in today's market where customer expects replies in seconds not days. This tool has solved most of the my problems with all in one structure and easy to use UI. My businesses has benefitted for cost and time saved both. It is comparitively fast, doesn't lag like some other products in market. Me and my team are very happy since we have adopted this.
