Really great customer service

My onboarding experience with Eka was great. She was very knowledgeable, anticipated and appeased my concerns and handled all my questions with a shared-screen walkthrough in a very efficient half-hour, working around my availability on a Saturday evening.

9 years of loyalty. This is how it ends.

I'm not the type to leave negative reviews. But this time I have no choice.
I've been a Lodgify customer for 9 years. No late payments, no incidents. My vacation rental website in Martinique was performing well.First page on Google for my main keywords and direct bookings coming in regularly.
In early 2025, Lodgify migrated all hosted websites from "www" to "non-www". No individual email. No phone call. Nothing. Just a post on their website that nobody is required to read. The result: my site disappeared from Google. My average position dropped from page 1 to page 5. Direct bookings fell by 90% over 12 months.
When I contacted support, I was told (in writing) that my visibility issue would be escalated "if I decide to continue working with them." I'll let you draw your own conclusions.
I eventually found and fixed the problem myself in 10 minutes. 32 positions recovered on Google within 24 hours. Something their technical team had neither spotted nor flagged in an entire year.
Their final response after weeks of back-and-forth? They acknowledged an "technical inconsistency" on their end (their words, not mine) but refused any compensation. 9 years of loyalty. Zero goodwill gesture.
If your business depends on your website to generate income, think carefully before trusting them with your online visibility.
