*Never Ever use these clowns***WITHOUT WARNING, OVERNIGHT THEY TOOK DOWN MY ACCOUNT.*** For perspective I run a high end holiday let called tresillianlodge.com . Over the years I have worked incredibly hard building an impeccable reputation across all platforms including my own website. Overnight Lodgify destroyed that.
I had been with Lodgify for over 3 years originally on their professional plan and then during the final year was offered a trial version of their ultimate plan . When this expired they simply cancelled my account. There were no attempts to contact me. This has cost me over 1000 euros in incorrect booking costs as the channels including airbnb accounts defaulted to super cheap rates and no longer spoke to pricelabs who managed my pricing. There were booking overlaps. It was impossible to contact them as i am abroad and currently travelling around the world, which in theory is why i employed a channel manager in the first place. Therefore if i was to call them i would incur a fortune in roaming charges. Approximately 8 euros p/minute. They had no other method available. i asked if it was possible to do via "whatsapp" or "Teams" and the startling response was "No" we don't have that option. The only way was to purchase a new subscription, which clearly after this i did not want. So that i could speak to them via web chat to try and avoid the 24hour response time.
I have had to cancel several bookings which has now potentially cost me my Superhost status. I have never ever been involved in a company that would simply just cut you off without any effort to reach out or support you after so much effort that i had invested when a subscription is coming to an end.
To make matters worse they could not connect me to the connections team when i got through, even though my previous plan was the most expensive that they offered. And for the final nail in the coffin. when i resubscribed it turned out that all of my previous connections between the accommodation providers had been wiped and all need to be reset. Which once again may take another half a working day on top of the full day that i have lost reaching out to them.
They simply cannot be trusted with your property. An absolutely useless company. Stay well away from these clowns! ***Please do your own research and find a company that will support you and respect all of the hard work that you have put in rather than simply "throw you under the bus"!***
I have edited this as i feel that you should be given the full picture after reading the generic response on google from the alleged "owner".

What i personally like:
1. transfer of properties is done by dedicated team
2.support of various issues is fast and very detailed
What I don't like:
You still have to use both AIRBNB and Booking applications for certain issues. However centralisingg pricing and having a possibilty to set up a direct booking website outweights.

Karen did an excellent job answering all our questions and diving into the material that would help us best. She showed us features and resources we didn't even know to ask about which was much appreciated. Also love the action item list that was sent at the end of the call and the fact that we have access to the recorded meeting to revisit everything that was discussed.
