Overall we had a very positive experience with Loftplan. The work was done to an extremely high standard and everything was managed really well without us having to get overly involved (which is what we wanted). The builders, plumbers, electricians and carpenters were all highly skilled and overall really nice people. Anything we needed done as an extra was supported and arranged and all costs were up front and accurate. We paid exact quote and any changes we made (because we wanted something different) were communicated up front and costs were exact. We had one thing on the snag list and it was fixed quickly. We would absolutely recommend Loftplan to anyone in future from our experience. Thank you.

I am exceedingly pleased with the loft conversion that Loftplan have just completed at my home in Godalming, Surrey - the team have exceeded my expectations. They provided expert guidance and suggestions right from the start, which ultimately made the project even better than my original vision. The craftsmanship and attention to detail demonstrated by the entire crew was outstanding. Particular mention to Chris who performed the initial structural work - a true craftsman. Also to Bob and Kevin (Project Managers) who were both very accommodating with respect to additional works I requested. Every aspect of the conversion was executed with precision and care, from the structural work to the finishing touches. The quality of their work is evident - I would not trust my home to anyone else. The team was highly skilled, but they were also incredibly professional and respectful - and maintained a clean and organized workspace throughout the project, minimizing any disruption to my family's routine. Communication was excellent - they kept me informed / updated at every stage of the project and were always ready to answer any questions or any address concerns. I would strongly recommend Loftplan to anyone looking to undertake a loft conversion. Thank you Loftplan - for your exceptional workmanship, professionalism and dedication through this project. Loftplan were excellent from day one sorting out our loft conversion. They planned it meticulously and all the work was carried out as expected and on time. All the guys who came to the house were courteous and well mannered - it was a great experience and we now have a stunning master bedroom instead of a murky old loft!

Loftplan have been really amazing from start to finish. From the initial consultation right through to the end , everyone involved were professional and did a great job. Dean and Dave who carried out the initial phase were great to have around and were super friendly, even answering a barrage of questions from our son who loved seeing what work had ben done each day

Overall , transformation to our house has been incredible and the space will definitely be enjoyed.

Loftplan were efficient and helpful from the very beginning in our loft conversion. Once providing the drawings, a date was booked in for the works quickly. The contractors were considerate and careful during the works, and disturbance was kept to a minimum throughout the process.

Works progressed rapidly, with good communcation as the each stage of the construction was completed. If there were queries or unclear elements, these were easily resolved with a call to the office or the project manager. The quality of the workmanship is high, with the guys on site taking care to ensure everything was as we wanted.

Once we got to the end of the works, the short list of minor snagging items was sorted quickly and without fuss, leaving us with a space that we're really happy with.

We are absolutely thrilled with the final space that Loftplan has created. The work has been completed to an exceptionally high standard. From the outset, our hope was that the loft would seem like it had always been part of our house and not an add-on; Loftplan have exceeded our expectations in how this has been achieved. Everything from handcrafting lead detailing under our dormer windows to carving out grooves in the bannisters to perfectly match our existing staircase, all to make a totally seamless impression. The attention to detail has been outstanding and we really feel like they listened to our initial brief.

All members of the Loftplan team involved in the build have all been extremely friendly, enthusiastic, hard working and professional. We were especially impressed how all the team cleared up at the end of each day, little things like that made the build much easier to deal with and the whole project ran very smoothly. We would like to give a particular mention to Mike (1st fix carpentry), Dean (2nd fix carpentry), Barry the roofer, Kevin and Bob. We would have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Loftplan to anyone who would be considering a loft conversion.

We are overall happy with the works that Loftplan carried out in our property. We are particularly satisfied with Nicola's prompt and useful support throughout the process, with the spotless plastering and electrical wiring, and the excellent woodcraft.

We were looking at building firms for this project. Then we decided a specialist loft company would be better! We had a recommendation from a friend. We haven’t been disappointed! An architect told us our loft space was too small for a viable room, but it’s lovely. Our room of choice now. No hesitation in recommending loftplan!

We are really happy with our loft conversion. LoftPlan were excellent from start to finish. Nicola was always immediate to respond to any emails, which really helped alleviate any concerns raised as quickly as possible. We had a complicated scaffold arrangement, which the scaffolders sorted out promptly. The first fix team (Grant, Dan, Rick) were extremely helpful and courteous, always communicating what was going on so we had chance to change things. The electricians (Ron and Graham) and plumber (Alan) we're equally as helpful, doing everything as specced and more. Our second fix Martin was polite and hard working, he went about his business very efficiently and again went above and beyond what we had agreed. The managers Bob and Kevin helped out a lot and ensured everything got delivered to the highest quality possible.

Overall LoftPlan made a very big project as easy as possible, taking a lot of the stress out of having to manage everything ourselves. We would recommend them for any loft conversion. Five stars!

Every single stage of my loft conversion was made as smooth as possible, every single professional who I dealt with was friendly, helpful, enthusiastic, hard working and excellent at what they did, from having a laugh with the scaffolders on a stressful day, to the carpenter who spent as long as I needed talking through all of the options and had endless patience and incredible skill. On occasion the guys went over and above helping me out with issues they really didn’t have to- like the internal door I needed from my garage that turned out to be behind a huge mountain of things that I would have really struggled to get at, no problem! It really was the little things that made my life so much easier! Communication was clear, constant and helpful, with everything continuously overseen by extremely helpful, professional, thorough and friendly management, with frequent visits and communication and the knowledge that they were always at the end of the phone! Nothing on this project became a problem because it was sorted swiftly before it could become a problem! They didn’t sign off after final payment until I was 100% satisfied with every single thing, and at no point did I ever feel anything was too much to ask. I have been so impressed with every aspect of Loftplan, including and most importantly the finished room! I did not imagine I’d be saying this but I actually miss having them around! Never have I felt compelled to recommend any business as much. Loftplan are all round exceptional at what they do.

I had my loft converted with this company and was quite happy with result. Their team is very experienced especially their Initial build (Bob) and finishing (Kevin) supervisors, they really know what they are talking about and quite helpful. Their office staff are great and very friendly, my dealing was with Nicola, who I found very pleasant and attentive. I highly recommend this company for peace of mind loft conversion, but you would need to allow for more time than anticipated.

Loft Plan have done an amazing loft conversion, it's totally transformed our home and we gained a whole 2nd floor level. They came up with a very creative design which gave outstanding results. Very good quality result and it went through very smoothly. We definitely recommend them :)

From providing us with an initial quote and survey through to suggesting design ideas Loftplan were excellent in guiding us on how to make the best use of our loft space. Once they commenced work their team were all really nice and very efficient, doing everything possible to minimize disruption in the rest of our house. All the team are very professional and a pleasure to deal with, especially Scott who provided us with the initial quote and survey through to Kevin and Nicola who have been brilliant in keeping us updated as to the status of our build and any queries we had. We have been very impressed by the speed and quality of the work undertaken and our finished loft looks epic - thank you Loftplan!

They really listened to the brief they were given, and worked through the challenges this presented very professionally.
Everybody, from the staff in the office to those working on site, was helpful, curtious, efficient which reduced the stress of major building works.

I have recently had my loft conversion completed by Loftplan and I am really happy with the new space created.
I was excited with the plans and designs that Loftplan came up with and felt that they understood what I wanted from the loft and the budget I had to work with. As they manage the project from design to completion, it made the process much less stressful that I had anticipated. I had been worried about starting such a big project alongside working/living at home, but the team on site were very professional, friendly and always left the site clean and tidy each day. I was really impressed with the high quality work of all the tradespeople that worked on our loft.
The initial fix team took the time to explain everything to us and Bob visited the site regularly and kept us updated with the progress at each stage. It was always easy to reach Loftplan with any questions or queries throughout the work.
Loftplan came up with solutions to any problems encountered and I always felt confident that Loftplan were aiming to give us the best possible space.
I am really enjoying the new space- thank you to all the team involved on our loft!

LoftPlan took care of planning applications and subsequent permitted development paperwork taking the stress of all that away from ourselves. On building the project LoftPlan provided builders and tradesman that were both trustworthy and tidy.

The quality of the end product definitely shows, as family and friends have pointed out, and as such we would definitely recommend using LoftPlan for your loft conversion.
