Very well organised, easy and quick to book the initial survey and quotation. Once received and you confirm agreement, you receive your booking date - it was approx. 5 weeks wait for me, which makes sense with how busy contractors are overall.
The booking was confirmed by the office a week before and then on the day two fitters arrived on time and installed within two days. The position for the hatch proposed wasn’t good with existing lighting / baton positions and the guys spent a good hour measuring and looking at best options so we could agree.
I met four of the fitting team during the install, all were pleasant, communicated well - protected furniture and cleaned up, and did a great job in the loft on what were quite hot days.
