I bought two kites from them for my kids because they were advertised as eco friendly on their website. Upon arrival I realised it was very likely a green washing claim. The kite string, supposedly cotton as advertised on the website, isn't at all cotton. It is made from crude oil, plastic. There is also no sign or indeed guarantee that the kites are indeed manufactured from recycled material, as advertised. Companies are green washing their products in order to sell. This is misleading customers and it's not okay. I emailed but after just one quick response from them which dismissed what I was saying, they stopped mailing altogether after I asked to return or get a partial refund. Avoid.
