Delivered to billing address, and not fixed after three weeks
Ordered a pallet of log and briquettes which were delivered (on the 9th August) to the wrong address, the billing address. I checked my email confirmation and it's their mistake (the delivery company). But ultimately this information has come through from 'Log Delivery'.
I've contacted their head office with four separate emails now, tow which they have replied to three, stating they'll have the pallet company come and fix the issue. The log are still in my house, the wrong address, thee weeks later (31st August).
Happy with the products, assuming if I get the use them by transporting them myself, but ultimately this is frustrating. Asked for a refund to help pay for the transport of the 180kgs of wood....no response.
UPDATED - 27/09/17
Nobody has since contacted me and subsequently I've arranged for the wood to be taken over to the correct address myself.
Would not use again.
