Alex replaced a broken PSU in my PC. He explained everything, was upfront with pricing, did a really neat job and also cleaned up all the dust in the case. He did a great job and I would happily use again.

Alex has helped me with my computer issues on two separate occasions now and is always quick and professional. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a pc guy and will come back if I need any more help

Wi-Fi on my daughter’s laptop stopped working. Did what I could myself but had to turn to a pro eventually.
Within half an hour I was taken care of personally by Alex who was professional, friendly and helpful.
Went above and beyond and fixed the issue. Was nice enough to also follow up with an email a few days after to make sure all was ok.

Purchased from company, via ebay, a Microsoft Office program. Contacted seller prior to receipt who promptly replied with advice
When item arrived I had great difficulty attempting to install product. Quick telephone call was answered promptly and Alex explained procedure. This was backed up with direct links to specific online software to rectify the situation. Notified him, via email of success. As a non-techno person it is good to be able to receive prompt response and helpful advice!
