We recently sold our house and bought another, which was a journey in and of itself. The team at Logic Waterloo (especially Ben, who was a legend) was instrumental for its success!
The professionalism displayed throughout the ups and downs of the process was high indeed, and I would recommend them to family and friends.
The legal team from Valentine Duggins was awfully incompetent (that will be a separate review) yet Logic would chase them up and they took it all in their stride!
They are a lovely dedicated team, who look after you every step of the way.
Thank you for helping us get our forever home.

Disappointed Iapply for one property in L22 1Rw where one man call Jack request me all my Information which I provided but before to send me a link request me the hold deposit of £300 to keep this property after that request me a guarantor which I provided and finally skipped me with the excuse that I gave wrong information that I never said.
Now I asked him to refund my hold deposit due it wasn’t my fault but he doesn’t reply me my emails stolen my money and scammed.

Be careful.

This estate agent has been giving out my personal mobile number to electrical and gas companies even though I am no longer a tenant with them for over 12 months which is a breach of the Data Protection Act. Get your act together Logic and get better administrators who can keep track of basic paperwork and information. Not impressed!!

I should sign my contract 1st of January, my husband and I have phoned emailed and called in, yet still no paperwork from them, no repairs are getting done, just no response from them, I only gave them 1 as you can't press zero. From 7th November to now.

Logic estates is an extremely well run, brilliantly staffed estate agency, selling great flats in Tobacco Warehouse in Liverpool Docks.
The innovative design incorporates the industrial style of the listed Docks Warehouse.
Really unusual and desirable.

Laura, Office Manager, is incredibly helpful and on the ball, instantly replying and sending any information requested.

While Lindsay, Front of House Sales Co Ordinator is just THE BEST!
A delight to spend time with.

Her wonderful personality and huge knowledge of the flats she is selling, the surrounding area, any future developments eg green spaces planned in the near vicinity, is all encompassing and complete.

She is a real asset to her company, and must be responsible for instignating SO many unit sales for Logicestates.

The whole team (Laura in particular) went way above and beyond to make my sale happen and complete to a tight deadline, couldn't fault them!! - Thanks Vey Much!!

Instructing Logic to sell our property was a smart move, even smarter was buying a property from them as well.
From start to finish they were professional, there when we needed them and overall very personable.
Laura could not do enough for us and was there on the end of the phone anytime we needed her, even emailing on her days off.
Laura worked tirelessly to help us with the purchase, helping us secure what would make us happy with the move.
Wouldn’t chose anyone else.

Poor attitudes from logic

Poor service from logic, told to boil a kettle for a shower when reporting no heating and water.
a huge inconvenience, and an unpleasant rental experience.
one or two plumber call outs might be acceptable but with over 5 call outs for no heating or hot water in 6 month, this is crazy. Logic struggle to understand why I have paid late, 52 Carleton Road is £2000.00 per calendar month with no hot water and heating some tenants would refuse to pay the rent.
Refusal to Allow me to get an emergency plumber telling me I need to wait, for the landlord the next day or within 48hrs, again. When I offered to find a plumber myself they refused it and said I was not allowed.
I’m Simply Fed up of no hot water to get a shower and no heating.

We were told on the first call that the property needed a new boiler, still not fitted also told the falsely advertised electric gate would be fixed with a week then a months and still waiting.

Best estate agent in Liverpool. I have sold a few properties from Logic and this was my first purchase through them. I can’t fault them. From start to finish it was stress free, Laura and all the team are Excellent and in my opinion they are the most efficient, professional and friendly team in Liverpool and for sure I would recommended them and do so whenever I can. I will for sure be buying and selling through them in the future. Thanks again.

This company continues to spam email me despite politely asking on multiple occasions for you to stop via email and social media. I never asked for mail from them. I strongly suspect they are scam artists therefore.
