I had a problem with one of my servers and i wrote a ticket and got a response within 20 minuts or so,
so the response time is great :D
and the guys worked on a fix for the problem over some time and since the server Runs Ark Survival Evolved it can be quite a task to troubleshoot but the work got done i got a guy called Shodan and he was more than helpfull :D a realy awesome guy with a lot of knowledge about Ark in general :D and he worked on a solution for about 2 hours and all the time he kept me up to date on what was going on so i cant be happyer with LogicServers i have been using them for about a year at this point and have nothing other than good thing to say :D Keep up the great work Guys and Give Shodan a pad on the back for the great support he gives :D

The problem was solved quickly and the person was professional

I had had some problems downloading mods for my dayz server and the support team worked all day to help me download them and we eventually got there.
Would highly recommend!
Excellent and very fast service

LogicServers are great. i paid for another server provider last week and paid for a premium addon and got poor service and could not get a refund, so i searched around on the net and came across LogicServers, i opened an ticket asking them if they could setup a modded DayZ server how i wanted it, i got a reply saying yes they could so i paid for server and under an hour it was setup for me, excellent Support and great price and i will recommend to others.

Amazing response time and fixed everything I needed fixed. Thank you and keep up the great work!

I have never ever regretted moving my Ark server to LogicServers. The old hosting company I used, once told me to re-install my server because they couldn't help me with my issue. LogicServers have always managed to fix any problems I've ever had on my servers. Their service is outstanding and you have to look forever to find better service. I am happy to recommend LogicServers to ANYONE who are looking for a server host. Whether it be Ark or Minecraft or any other games they support. If I could I would give them 10/10 star rating, but sadly the rating here only goes to 5 star

Very good bang for your buck from this company, you get very good ram and server specs for very cheap. You also get very high quality support, a customer service representative offered to transfer my entire world over to this service provider from an old one, and did it quickly, and correctly. I recommend them, and will be using them in the future for any servers I need

Great pricing, great servers and fantastic support staff, whenever I have a question or some issue to resolve the support tickets are always responded to rapidly and my problems are always resolved, best hosting service I've tried, and I've tried quite a few over the years.

Great pricing, purchased 3 months of server hosting for less than what I spend on a trip to the grocery store.
Great service, in 2 weeks I only had 1 very small issue, and it was resolved by Allan in less than 15 minutes.

Well why i giveing LogicServers 5 stars is They do care about trying to help and they do for me, they are fast to respond to my ticket 30mins top before i should wait for 5 days for help,. i dont wanne say nother place because they were so bad and didnt help , so then i findt Logics Servers best poeple there they are best place to get and even i live in the eu and they still rocks! ill never leave them, if they keep this up ;)

Hi there, I'm new to renting a game server and actually started off on another companies server which I had endless problems running mods on my game. So I decided to look for another supplier and LogicServers popped up, I made a few inquiries before diving in and they said they were happy to help get me setup with working mods. Well they were very true to their word and it took them no time at all, these guys knows gaming and a great server for a whole list of games. I highly recommend them, thanks LogicServers and Alan thanks mate.

When I started my small server I was struggling to find what I needed/wanted and tripped myself over a few times and made mistakes but I got in contact with the staff team and they were extremely patient with me and understood my problems and helped me to understand and how to work with the problems I had made for myself, Honestly they could not have been better They are Polite, patient, understanding and honest.

It has been about a month or so since I stood up a server for a small group of friends and any time I have run into an issue or situation I have had no issue reaching out to the community and staff on the Logic Server discord to get some input. Any issues I have had to open tickets for have been met with timely responses and quick resolutions from very friendly staff. I am always amazed at the superior level of customer service I receive no matter what the issue might be. While I do hope that I don't run into further issues in the future, I do know that even if I do, there is wonderful team of people ready and willing to assist until the issue is properly resolved.

These guys are amazing. A special shout iut to the support member Allan Harper, who modded and helped me mod and learn about modding a dayz server. He went above and beyond in my opinion. Personally idk if i can thank him enough. I had been trying to mod a dayz server for over half a week with a few other services, they werent bad but they had zero mod support basically. Im just at loss for words at how great logicservers has been. Im definitely going to be using this service for any servers i get in the future.
